….. we have had a busy few months since we started trading on 1st August 2008.  Here we list our top ten best sellers so far, bearing in mind this is website sales and not sales from ebay or fairs that we attend:

1.     Mini Ladybird these little ladybirds proved very popular with a schoolteacher who wanted them for one of her lessons.

2.    Twist and Lock Blocks are great for little fingers to manipulate.  These were also very popular at school fairs.

3.    Fink Cards have been growing steadily since their launch last year and are about to introduce new formats.

4.    Tic Tac Toe were a perfect stocking filler

5.    Connectagons have sadly been discontinued by our supplier but are still sought after

6.    Junior Tradesman Brick Mix is great for little people wanting to enter the construction industry

7.    3 pack S9-M (Blue)/T9-M… are fantastic little wooden cars that pull apart and interchange with other models.  These are so popular that I am now taking pre-orders.

8.    C9-M Sportscar (Yellow) go hand in hand with item number 7 as this is the colour missing from the pack of 3

9.    Puzzibits – Megamix unfortunately these have been withdrawn from sale at the moment while the packaging is being looked at due to cracks appearing in transit

10.  Red Stackable Cup is perfect for small children learning to drink from their very first cup.  It’s odd design makes sure the cup does not get knocked over.

I wonder what will be in our top ten at Easter.

We have been selling Fink Cards for a few months now and they are extremely popular.

Lisa, creator of Fink Cards, is regularly doing PR on them and they have recently been seen in the Sunday Express.

I  have spent a busy day or so getting booked into events over spring summer and now have almost every May weekend filled.  Christmas sales were very good with our stocking fillers and gifts for young children and I am sure that spring/summer will prove to be just as fruitful.

Top of our sales were the Twist and Lock Blocks and am still being contacted for more.  Unfortunately our supplier are not getting any more in until the end of March, so just in time for Easter events.

I can’t believe how it has taken me to post on my blog!  So much has happened that it’s going to take me a few days to get it all written down, and I promise that I will try to update the blog everyday.

For starters,  Teeny Munchkins has a completely new look!!  The site before looked a bit bland and boring and, although I want to play around withe colours, I am much happier with how the site looks now.

We have a whole new collection of products and will be updating and adding more over the coming weeks. 

Christmas was very busy with sales coming in almost every day.  It was a good starting point to getting the site to where I want it to go.

I hope that 2009 will carry on to be very successful.
